ABOUT

I've sat on every side of a modular project.

In a 32-year legal career, I served as General Counsel to a fully integrated modular platform — spanning the manufacturer, the general contractor, and the developer — giving me direct, inside experience across every side of a modular project rather than just one.

Over more than six years with the platform, I supported all three entities directly, continuing on as General Counsel to the manufacturing company as the platform's structure evolved, including after the general contracting function was wound down and development legal support shifted to an hourly basis.

That integrated vantage point gives me a working understanding of how modular projects actually get evaluated, contracted, and executed — and where they go wrong — that most outside counsel never see firsthand.

Outside that platform, I've also represented developers and construction companies in non-modular contexts, and I bring that combined perspective to manufacturers, general contractors, owners, and developers navigating modular exploration, contracting, and project execution.
